GET TO KNOW SION

Hi. My name is Sion, and I’m a psychotherapist and practice owner here at Enso Psych Group.
I am available for individual and family counseling with children, adolescents, and adults.

MY THERAPEUTIC APPROACH

I believe that we all sometimes have big problems and overwhelming challenges in our lives, and that sometimes it’s very difficult to face them, deal with them, and overcome them, especially when we try to do it alone.
It can make a big difference to have someone to help, someone who can offer emotional support, who can help you to see things from a different perspective, and who can help you to focus on finding solutions and accomplishing your goals.
I’m a therapist because I like helping people, and doing good for others. It brings me joy to see people feeling empowered, hopeful, and motivated to make positive change in their lives.

MY EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

I’m a graduate of Flagler College (B.A.) in Saint Augustine, and Barry University (M.S.W.) in Miami.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (license # SW 7966) and a Qualified Clinical Supervisor with the Florida Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, and Mental Health Counseling.
I’m also formally trained to provide Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.
I have about 20 years of experience as a psychotherapist.
