GET TO KNOW ANGELICA

Hi. My name is Angelica and I’m a psychotherapist and practice owner here at Enso Psych Group.
I’m available for individual and family counseling with adolescents and adults.

MY THERAPEUTIC APPROACH

My approach to therapy is integrative, strength-based, and shaped to meet the specific goals and needs of my clients.
I work to provide a safe space where my clients can feel comfortable sharing their thoughts, feelings, worries, and upsets without fear of judgment. In this safe environment, I believe my clients can begin to work through their issues and develop a deeper level of self-awareness. It is through this greater self-awareness that I help my clients make the changes they are seeking.
Thank you for considering me to be your therapist to help you reach your goals.

 MY EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

I’m  a graduate of the University of Maine (B.A.) and Barry University (M.S.W.) in Miami.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (license # SW 8053) and a Qualified Clinical Supervisor with the Florida Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, and Mental Health Counseling.
I also hold an additional Certificate in Addiction Studies from the Addictions Training Institute (Miami) and I’m fully certified in EMDR from the EMDR International Association.
I have about 20 years of experience as a psychotherapist.
