Hi. My name is Kara and I’m a psychotherapist here at Enso Psych Group.
I’m available for individual and family counseling with adolescents and adults.
MY THERAPEUTIC APPROACH

MY EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
I’m a graduate of Florida State University (M.S., Ed.S.).
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (license # MH 14562) with the Florida Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, and Mental Health Counseling.
I have about 10 years of experience as a psychotherapist.

I am from Tallahassee and have lived here most of my life. I enjoy playing the guitar, reading, hiking, walking, and jogging.
