GET TO KNOW JULIE
Hi. My name is Julie, and I’m a psychotherapist here at Enso Psych Group.
I am available for individual, couples, and family counseling with adolescents and adults.
MY THERAPEUTIC APPROACH
We all face challenges in life sometimes that can seem unbearable. Whatever may be happening, I want you to know that it is okay to not be okay. You are a human and no human can be perfect.
My goal is to help life seem more manageable for you. Whatever you may be going through, I will be someone who will be in your corner. I hope to provide a safe space for you to share your thoughts and feelings. I think you will find that I am an empathetic counselor who also asks the hard questions. I will help you process your situations and work with you to find a solution.
I like to think of myself like a flashlight and you are going through a dark cave. While I cannot magically snap my fingers and get you out of that cave, I can help show you the way. At the end of the day, I believe you are the expert on your own life and I am just here to shine the lights on things you may not have seen. It is not going to be easy, but if you are ready, let’s put in the work!
MY EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
I’m a graduate of Florida State University (B.S., M.S.W.).
I’m a Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern (license # SW 16110) with the Florida Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, and Mental Health Counseling.
I have about 1 year of experience as a psychotherapist.
